This turned out to be a very dark & gritty book. I thought the future world was frightening in The Renfield Syndrome but the present world of vampires and demons is just as scary. Rhiannon's actions made me feel so many emotions...anger, sadness, betrayal, hurt, love...just to name a few. She goes through so much in this book and I'm glad to see her grow from it. I can't wait to see where the author will take this series from here. Rhiannon’s Law #18:No one asks for their life to change, but it does.
