Wow! This book had me on my toes always trying to anticipate what would happen next. The events that occurred were not what I expected and sometimes my mouth was left hanging open in shock! I loved the unpredictability! I also love the heroine, Victoria, vampire slayer. She has become a strong warrior, fighter, and a bad ass Venator. I'm sure she will grow even stronger in the future due to what happened at the end of this book! I also can't wait to read the next book to find out what her relationships with Sebastian and Max will be like!! I'm so happy to have found a fantasy series that holds my attention so easily.
