Honoria has known her older brother's best friend Marcus, the Earl of Chatteris, since she was 6 years old. He has always been considered family. When Marcus falls ill, Honoria & her mother aid him in his recovery. During this time, Honoria & Marcus realize their unexpected feelings for one another.This was a very, very simple love story with very minimal complicated twists. Julia Quinn's sense of humor shined through the pages and I caught myself smiling and laughing throughout the story. It was great to read from another perspective of the Smythe-Smith Musicals that we read so much about in previous J. Quinn's novels. I highly enjoyed this quick read and can't wait to read another novel by this author!
