The Rest Falls Away (Gardella Vampire Chronicles, Book 1)
This was a pleasant start to this vampire fantasy series. It's like Buffy in Regency London. I enjoyed Victoria and how she handled taking on the responsibilities of a Venator, vampire slayer as her family legacy. It's not easy balancing a life in society as she fights off vampires by night. I liked how the author showed growth in this character at the end of the book which excites me to find out what her attitude will be like in the future.
